Entries for the 2024 North and South Colgate Games open on November 1st and close midnight November 30th. It is the same entry process for both the North and South Island Colgate Games. 

Login Details

If your club has completed the affiliation process with Athletics New Zealand, you will automatically receive a username and password for the Colgate Games online entry site. This will be sent by your Centre secretary. If you do not receive these login details by 31 October, please check your affiliation or contact your Centre secretary, see the contact details for each Centre here.

Affiliation
If you are not affiliated, you can complete this process here. Once this is done, your Centre secretary will be informed and they will send you login details. You can then log into the site and submit your athletes' entries.

You can download this and print for your members, or send this out via email.
Conditions of entry and meeting rules can be found on the Colgate Games website.
To enter international athletes, email [email protected] once entries have been opened.
We recommend setting the deadline a week before entries close on 30 November, for everyone to send their entry forms back to you.

Below are the instructions to follow when submitting your club athletes’ entries to the online site: 

  • Login using the username and password details sent by your Centre secretary.
  • Sign the wavier on behalf of your club.
  • Complete your club’s details.
  • Enter all your athletes into their selected events.
  • Enter your relay teams.
  • Enter your merchandise requirements.

You may go back into the site and edit all details up until entries close on the 30 November. Once your entries have been submitted, you will need to generate an invoice in the entry website. 

Late entries will not be accepted so please ensure you check your entries and make sure you have included all your athletes.
